Special project emphases: We will preserve the estate as a historical landmark and fill it with new life as both young and old live and work together.
In order to keep it off the market and thus prevent speculation, the association donated the property to the TRIAS Foundation after negotiating a long-term property lease with TRIAS with a start date of January 1, 2006.
Special building goals: We want to fully restore and live in the building in an ecologically sound manner that respects it as a historical landmark.
People who help with the project have the possibility of living on the property.
